More than 400 students competed in the 2016 SkillsUSA Iowa State Leadership and Skills Conference. The event was April 28 and 29 on the Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Ankeny Campus. The students who received gold medals have earned the right to compete at the National SkillsUSA competition to be held in Louisville, KY this June.
