Books are great educational tools, but many of us need that extra motivation to learn a new subject or skill. Hands-on experience with a subject can spark a new interest that will send us running to the nearest bookshelf to learn more. The Grimes Public Library’s Youth Department has specially crafted Creative Mind Kits to give children both the spark and the information. Creative Mind Kits check out from the Library for three weeks and include an educational tool or toy as well as a book to help kids explore topics like astronomy, forces, art, geometry, technology and more on their own. Stop by the library and ask about our Creative Mind Kits Today!
